Our objective is to keep your costs as low as possible, consistent with providing you first class legal representation, and to keep you informed of costs to ensure there are no surprises. For that reason, we encourage you to discuss the matter of costs with your lawyer at anytime.

In some cases, including most domestic contracts (negotiation of marriage contracts) and some separation agreements, as well as undefended divorces, we will be able to give you an estimate of our total fees at the time of our initial interview.

In other cases, particularly those involving contested divorce, custody, support and property issues, it's frequently difficult to provide an accurate estimate of fees in advance.

At our initial consultation you will be provided with a schedule of all fees charged by
our firm.
